Andrew Haigh has a sound knowledge and passion for food world wide. He is a Michelin Star trained Chef with 30 years experience in the Food Industry. After spending a number of years working in top class Hotels and Restaurants in the North of England.

Andrew joined Northern Foods as a Development Chef in 1988, developing a wide range of Product Concepts for Marks and Spencers and Sainsburys.

In 1994 Andrew joined Hygrade Foods as Development Manager for Oscar Mayer Ready Meals. Developing a diverse product portfolio for Sainsburys, Waitrose and Catering Accounts.

In 2001 Andrew set up Creative Concepts Food Development Consultancy and Interim Development Chef resource. During the last 14 years Andrew has worked with most of the UKs manufacturers, retailers, Marks & Spencers, Sainsburys, Tesco, Morrisons, Asda and many Food Service Accounts.
